To perform an electronic notarization

Must meet all the requirements of any other notarization
Have the signer personally appear before the notary
Include the same required elements as the physical seal in the electronic seal

To perform a remote online notarization

Must have a separate commission as an online notary
Use an audio-visual conference instead of having the individual physically appear before the notary

Fee schedule

Online Notary service - $25 plus the regular notary fees .
Mobile notary service - $65.00 travel fee plus the regular notary fees.
(Areas outside of the 77384 zip code will incur a higher travel fee)
I9 form completion - $65.00
Please note that the I9 will not be notarized and there is an additional fee for the signature. Our notary will sign as “Authorized Representative”
Any other form which the employer requires to be notarized will incur an additional fee.
